Well... Buu is FAR stronger on the 2-B scale... That's all I'm going to sayy about the manner. Though... There is a slight possibility Rimuru outhaxxes Buu to oblivion.

But Buu has Hax and hax resistance up to 2B potency.

Causality is a maybe, but reality warping is something he does have as he can resist magic. And absorb it.

It kinda is, Reality Warping is what an eternal dragon does and according to lore he uses his magic powers. To grant wishes, which is reality warping at its finest.
A wish against someone can be resisted if the target is stronger than the dragon.
And Demon God Buu has absorbed one of the Dark Dragon Ball.
rimuru has conceptual absorbtion
Buu absorbed a conceptual 2B being in the form of Demon God Demigra. As a barely 4 Tier being.
It kinda is, Reality Warping is what an eternal dragon does and according to lore he uses his magic powers. To grant wishes, which is reality warping at its finest.
A wish against someone can be resisted if the target is stronger than the dragon.

So are these wishes actually said to be magic or are you using "magical powers" as a means to say buu has magic resistance.

Rimuru probably just outmanuevers Buu with more and superior haxes. The only resistances I see listed that Buu has is Resistance to mind manipulation and poisoning. Rimuru just has way too many abilities to resort to.
The only trouble I see is that Buu is seemingly consistently faster than Rimuru unless we were to do speed equalization.
