Its wrong to say bloodlusted, cuz when he used EoCD(against Eques in WN 475) for the first time, he was calm, joking and taunting Eques(Anos takes many damages and still laughs), he waz never bloodlusted in the entire series, yes there were serious fights, but all was in Anos's favour, and Anos is still in surpressed state. If he becomes bloodlusted, Silver Sea might be destroyed with his existence.
Its hard to determine Anos's character or what he is thinking, he makes miracles to happen in a fight, cuz he is the very definition of "Unpredictability*. He also mistakly destroyed Abyss of Craving world while opening those eyes in 630. Those were his original eyes in his previous incarnation.
That's the reason he is called Misfit everywhere(even in the Silver Sea as well).
