Why? None of these feats are contradicted, Mikami Satoru (Rimuru before turning into a Slime) was dying due being stabbed and was losing a lot of blood due it, so, his Slime body was stated by Great Sage that it Body does not require Blood and has resistance to piercing damage due being stabbed and rimuru didnt wanting to die from it, the source is in Light Novel Volume 1, u can find it in the internet

Not really. Inorganic physiology type 1 doesnt grant these, and piercing damage also isnt envolved with inorganic physiology, piercing damage is like, a sharp thing like knifes or paper that can cut things that are more durable than it, which is the reason that paper can cut our skin, rimuru should have resistance to it, as Great Sage gave him resistance to piercing damage

Piercing resistance can be added under physical resistance's justification as Milly stated. Blood manipulation resistance seems more so like Immunity to Blood Manipulation; I believe was accepted earlier but deems redundant to Inorganic Physiology Type 1. Though, the evidence addition wouldn't hurt.

I agree with Elizhaa, I think it’s fine to give an immunity to blood manipulation, but it’s not too necessary
