It should be noted that 5-B Hagoromo gave Naruto and Sasuke an equal amount of power. The power was stacked adding to their already small country level powers via BSM and Full Body Susanoo. It also explains the reason Naruto as SPSM is superior to Sasuke with Rinnegan. BSM Naruto was superior to full body Susanoo EMS Sasuke.
Naruto = 50% Hagoromo Power (Small Planet) + Half 9 Tails + SM (Small Country - Multi Continent)
Sasuke = 50% Hagoromo Power (Small Planet) + EMS Susanoo (Small Country)
Naruto = 50% Hagoromo Power (Small Planet) + Half 9 Tails + SM (Small Country - Multi Continent)
Sasuke = 50% Hagoromo Power (Small Planet) + EMS Susanoo (Small Country)
