sure, you can see it in episode 4 of season 3, 17.28 to 17.32 shows us that he has bombs capable of blowing up bombs and solar systems, well we already knew that but meh.

I'm unsure. He was, by his own sober words, 'black out drunk' during the whole thing and said it either blow up the planet or solar system, he didn't know, he was just eyeballing it (again, by his own words).

It was probably one but then again nothing's really stopping him from making more. At the same time he did nearly destroy the planet while drunk.

I got the impression that World Ender ended worlds through planetary conquest, sort of like how the Vindicators considered their planet-wide genocide to be "destroying the world". Would've been rad if we actually saw World Ender...ending worlds though.

rick still knows his s*** when drunk, to be fair he is almost constantly drunk, that's what the trail is, so he is smart as f***, at least smart enough to know that it would erase the solar system even while extremely intoxicated, also it's fair to say he averagely has bombs to do such a feat, takes alot to even create a bomb like that. also if you are unsure, here is what it is apparently, "A neutron bomb, officially defined as a type of enhanced Radiationn weapon (ERW), is a low yield thermonuclear weapon designed to maximize lethal neutro Radiationn in the immediate vicinity of the blast while minimizing the physical power of the blast itself". Neutrino Bomb | Rick and Morty Wiki | FANDOM powered by Wikia, it's actually what he'd have used in the first episode to blow up earth, this means he used it while drunk. truth is they are the same with a different wavelength of Radiation

From what I've seen from the show a drunk Rick is just Rick, it's basically his sober self. Could be wrong though.

If anything, Rick was Drunk, we're unsure if he's capable of destroying the solar system. If this was an added key and feat to his profile, I'd consider it "Possibly 4-B"

I agree with Mag on it being possibly. Because Rick thinks it's possibly. And Rick>us in intellect ovo. But in all seriousness, even drunk Rick is a supergenius. If he says it's a possibility, then I'd take his word for it.

While the bomb itself may not be solar system level it does imply he can create a solar system level bomb.
