Unless there's a way for the Robloxian to get near Rick Sanchez to either slap him in the pancreas with Rubyhorde to steal everything from him, petrify Rick, or to gear suppress him to halt him from using weaponry for a period of time to get in a singular hit, I will say Rick takes this for the reasons above.

Robloxian via venomshank and speed potion, Robloxian drinks speed potion and poisons Rick, then takes out the murder knife and one shots Rick into oblivion.

The murder knife is a one hit kill item when it is throwed, and even if it misses, Venomshank's poison effect will slowly damage Rick, however, Rick and his portal gun has an advantage against the Robloxian, as he can simply open up a portal when the Robloxian isn't expecting and it will be sent to a dimension of nothingness. But i still choose robloxian.
