Rick Sanchez vs Batman (with prep)

Round 1: Rick gets 1hour of prep, Batman gets 1 year of prep. Batman knows everything about Rick and Rick only knows what he has seen from Batman (1966). The fight takes place in Gotham. They both start on opposite sides of the city but know where each other start at.

Round 2: Rick loses his time stop machine right before the battle starts, same rules.

Round 3: TBA

Who wins and why? (IMPORTANT: Rick refuses to bomb the city or nuke the universe)


He can do everything possible with prep time!

How about round 2? Would love to hear arguments as to what would happen. How could Rick snipe him from another universe? They start at opposite sides of Gotham but I'm pretty sure Batman wouldn't hang around and wait for Rick to go back and snipe him. If Batman has prep would he not know Rick has time stop and think of some way in that year to stay alive even when Rick knows where he starts?
