Rick Sanchez has now Plot/Narrative Manipulation hax, or something atleast close to that?

In the episode 7 of 6th season, Full Meta Jackrick, Rick and Morty fight against "meta-characters", that, in short, are characters that manipulate aspects of an story or an narrative, like Ret Con who can create retcons, Mr. Twist who can create plot twists, and etc. He defeated them and also, in a very good part of the episode, Rick and Morty were on the meta-layer, that was a layer where stories are fabricated. Isn't only him creating a technology that lets him enter the meta-layer a proof that he atleast has some kind of plot or narrative manipulation? Or something like that?

The meta layer is also accessed by a hole in the fourth wall so yeah, they have plot manipulation, rick creating a portal there would be dimensional travel, his googles that show what plot aspects objects are like "deus ex machina" or "foreshadowing" would be analysis information and the anti-meta forcefield would be both a forcefield and power nullification for plot manipulation i think.

Other than that, rick didn't really "fight" them, once his shield was down, he was helpless to their powers and had to try to escape them, then was forced to free Rhett Caan, who procceded to stomp everyone and force rick to escape.
