Thats not what they scale to. The feat is from 6th gate Rock lee from "The Last"

They dont scale to kirin since the feat is very wrong. They scale to 6th gate lees feat.

The 948 Megaton Feat that Cole scales too was done by a dude literally walking up, said Dude got decapitated by Cole at the beginning of the Game.

Cole Absorbed 6 power cores since this fight, and after this Cole had a Fight against a much stronger Beast who got stronger by absorbing tons of Neuro Electricity in his travels. And was clearly much stronger then the Beast, but couldn't kill him due to his Regen

Cue RFI Cole, who casually KOd the Beast in Seconds.

Again, What's Narutos scaling chain, if it's enough to be baseline High 7A, that really isn't helpful. He'd have to be to the point he can stomp a baseline High 7A with his chain.
