I found a respect thread concerning the above visual novel. Based on the information i found, it maybe can be re-created . I am unsure if it will still be a 1-A verse... Only opinions will tell .
First Translation

According to the above translation , the books seem to have a higher-dimensional nature to them .

So based on the above translation , there are a myriad of Libraries, not just one .

Based on the context above, this might mean that each Book extends to infinity. However, this is up to the other peoples interpretation .
With all of this in mind, I personally beleive that the tier 1-C at bare minimum, High 1-B to 1-A at maximum if we take the third translation as each book , including the higher-dimensional ones as being able to extend to infinity .
