His speed was somewhat restricted by Black Hole when he was moving him. For reference, its based on this feat of how I came up with that rating, and it made sense because he was being all-in-all casual in speed when moving Black Hole, so he must be far faster than this.

Exactly. I'm thinking that Four must've been moving Black Hole slower than he is capable of since there's no gravity in space, and he is able to easily lift Black Hole when normal sized, so the only explaination is that he can go faster. He was only moving his arm too after all.
 
Very well. Should the FTL rating for Big Four be applied, or should more input be needed? For reference, I would consider it, "potentially FTL via size manipulation".

This is just two people saying it should be added, I think some more people need to come and agree.

It was accepted, but I am currently busy with other things.

Also, should the FTL be accepted, or more input?
 
You can ask a few other staff mwmbers for input help regarding the FTL speed.
