Oh god I hope this isn’t a big stomp, because both could use more matches, especially Freeze

Mr. Freeze (DCAU) vs Noelle Holiday (Deltarune)

Two tragic characters who happen to ice to their advantage duke it out

Rules:
-Both are 9-A
-Neither will be allowed to use anything above 9-A unless deemed necessary
-Speed is equalized
-Both are knowledgeable of each other’s abilities and each other’s tactics
-Both are in character
