Does the resistance to TK and Gravity Manipulation depend on the LS? For example can we say the mewtwo's TK is stronger than garou resistance to? Does TK/Gravity Manipulations Potency depends on LS?

Resisting TK and Gravity manipulation and LS and stuff

Depend on context, there is some case where resist Gravity and TK depend on LS. Some outright resist them with resistance

Gravity could probably be resisted if it entailed making things heavier for you, but in zero gravity it wouldn't matter what LS you had unless you can ground yourself through other means, the same goes for TK in that aspect; if you cannot ground/tether yourself the TK user need only lift your mass and not have to fight against your LS to inhibit you. (If you're in the air and have zero leverage, what can you do?)
