Resisting a baseline madness hax type 3 means that u resist a baseline madness hax type 2?

They don't sound comparable to me tbh, souls, minds and concepts are obviously more importsnt than matter but like, you don't resist matter manipulation with soul manip resistance.
So i think each of them have their own resistances in a way.
You don't resist type 2 with type 3 resist and vice versa, even if the latter is technically better.
