Hopefully this will be no problem. I think Danny Phantom ghosts should get Resistance to Radiation Manipulation (Cosmic Radiation). In the final episode of the series "Phantom Planet", both Danny and Vlad have a ballte in space next to Saturn.

They both are wearing helmets but that wouldn't protect the rest of their body from the radiation in space. Plus we see Vlad in space without his helmet at the end of the episode before he gets hit by the meteor. It's likely they are simply wearing the helmets just in case they revert back into their human form, they won't sufficate to death. This scales to all ghosts because they have the exact same physiology as Danny and Vlad do while in their ghost form.
