In Amazing Spider-Man Vol 5 19.HU, it was revealed that Taskmaster is immune to every toxic substance known to man, thus he should have Resistance to Poison.

Agree but I'm sure this is acid resistance as well, almost every toxic substance would include ones that are acirifdc

Acids work in an entirely different manner from poisons, and with those reasoning you could extend the resistance to radiations, diseases and more.
For the sake of consistency and safety, I'd say it would be better to limit us to poisons, as we do with the classic trope of being "immune to every poison in the world".
