Resistance to Magic for Umineko Humans?

Most humans can not use it the way they want, unlike an Endless Nine of Battler.
 
I know that, but it should be fine if we add an explanation. Unless we just treat it as an in-universe thing.
 
Nope. This is only a weakness of supernatural beings of the Yasu's magic system.
