resistance to gravity manipulation for some db characters

I don't necessarily have a problem with this, but determining who to add it to and who not to might be more work than is necessary.

It's really simple though. Goku, 17 and 18 survived inside the black hole and Vegeta survived very high gravity like 300-450 G and even more while training in Whis' suit.

I think a few others like kid Trunks also survived mild changes in gravity but that's not enough to grant a resistance because human beings can also survive 3-4 G.

So, that makes a total of 4 characters.
