Resistance to Extrasensory Perception for Sonído and Bringer Light users

Evidence for Sonído

Stated by Ulquiorra that Zangetsu using Sonído slipped through his Pesquisa which is a sensing technique.

Quotes from the CFYOW novel:

Although it's not like Ginjō was unable to keep up with Grimmjow's form through sight, he still felt a slight sense of incongruity.
When it comes to his speed alone, it would probably be equivalent to the Shunpo of a highly skilled Shinigami.

However, the Reiatsu itself fades for an instant, one is caught in an illusion as if the moving entity is like a mirage or hologram.

Whether it was due to the battle experience he had accumulated, or through instinct, Ginjō who had immediately corrected the out of place feeling, stopped the blow from that blade at the critical moment.

It seemed as if this sword fight would commence as things stood, however detecting Tsukishima's presence moving around to his back by taking advantage of that moment, Grimmjow quickly leapt away from the pair.

After confirming that his opponent was at a distance, Ginjō revisits this sense of incongruity that was felt a moment ago.

"That guy, he moves strangely don't you think?"

The answer to those misgivings was easily obtained from Tsukishima's mouth.

"That is what's known as Son─½do . It allows him to slip through the Reiatsu perception of his fellow Hollows or indeed our own, a movement technique peculiar to Arrancars."

"I see. Now that you mention it, even if they're weren't Arrancar… a bunch of fairly strong Hollows may have done something similar in the past."
Son─½do has characteristics specialised to launching surprise attacks against an opponent through evading Reiatsu perception.
Evidence for Bringer Light

On the other hand, the same thing could also be said of high-speed movement by means of Fullbring.
"Ha… fancy that, you really know your stuff don't you? Right back at you jerk, the way you move is a huge pain in the ass."

High-speed movement through Fullbring is the power to control Reishi that lies dormant in the ground and substantially raise the very force of one's movements.

The aspect which differs from Shunpo, is that the disturbance to the Reishi in the environs is kept to a minimum, it's possible to say that this technique is close to Son─½do in the sense that one is stealthy and can take an opponent by surprise.
Conclusion
Anyone that can use Sonído should get Resistance to Extrasensory Perception when using it.

Anyone that can use Bringer Light should get Limited Resistance to Extrasensory Perception when using it since it just makes them more difficult to sense as opposed to the Sonido which is outright stated to bypass Extrasensory Perception.

Edit Or maybe Stealth Mastery for Bringer Light users since the description is more towards that.

Well clearly not. Sonido just allow the user to bypss his energy senses. VL was far faster than Ulqui , but that wasn't why ulqui was surprised.
