"resistance to accelerated development"

If a character with accelerated development fails to learn from a character due to resistance in a fight, would he gain resistance to accelerated development?
Or would that be power nullification?

Good questions, though the wording would be pretty weird, but i think there are characters on the wiki with resistance to reactive evolution so maybe?

Yeah, it can be a limitation of the AD; that power does not guarantee one to improve in every combat.

It seems that there is resistance at the level of reactive power and reactive evolution (sort of like the latter is a by-product of accelerated development)
Maybe in this specific case it could be resistance
