Would someone who has resistance/immunity to an extinction bomb containing a virus make aliens and humans extinct in a short period of time, he will also be infected with other diseases such as heart disease?

It still counts as full immunity to disease as long they are completely immune to it. it doesn't matter if it is to a certain disease.
