Someone already corrected me and you even liked their post..Leon and Chris are still equal. (This isn’t about Leon and Chris anyway, I would be equally as annoyed if Chris was in RE9). If I combine every single game, movie, series, comic book Leon would still emerge at the top and other MC’s like Claire or Rebecca would be at rock bottom. I don’t see how that’s hard to fathom by all means.

Shouldnt Re6/4/5 Characters be like class 100 ? there is more than one instance of them ripping off limbs from mutated enemies, though I cant find the exact clip for all of them there are finishers where they tear off larger extremities

Also they can tear off the bones off giant creatures



Also G1 birkin should be class 100, consider he can tear off very thick steel



Might get around putting this one in a blog myself, scaling off in game models I get like 22cm2 (accounting for the hollowness of the pipe) of material and get like 110 tons of force using around 500 MPa for the Ultimate Tensile Strength.

I remember doing a calculation for Sherry ripping off one of Ogroman’s limbs and it definitely didn’t yield Class 100 maybe you could do your own and see if u get good results.

I dunno, If that bony fragment was attached to tendons with a UTS of 50 Mpa (same one we use for tearing spines) and we take the surface area to be the shape that was pulled out you get like class K even if the surface area were like .25 m2 but like class 10 if you use muscle instead at .44 MPa

That’s the hardest part, you can get fallacious results if you use the wrong UTS. In the provided scene it seems shaped like an arm, so using a spine’s UTS would be weird.

but it would be a question of wether the bone being pulled out would be attached to tendons or just muscle tissue in general given that its not a typical one such as the spine, femur, humerus and the like.
but also brings to question, if extremities are being pulled apart, surely tendons have to have been torn off somewhere so maybe even our wiki limb tearing calcs are actually downplayed quite a lot, even 1cm2 of tendon tissue being ripped apart, which is certainly attached to the arm is class 5.

Consider the explosive that blew up the whole village could fit in one of his pockets, so It definitely counts for standard equipment.

Also Leon's 9-A+ is like near baseline 8-C, and their 8-C is near the 9-A+ Rating they are occupying in.

When I think about it, the 8-C durability for Leon and Jack is weird. Leon should logically downscale to the 8-C durability that Jack, but at the same time Leon should not have this durability because this explosion could kill him.

It makes no sense, and Krauser who survives that explosion should be treated as an outlier in my opinion.

one day we have to revise the statistics of the verse since that feels nonsense.

Classic RE Tyrants and Zombies and other have no justification for LS btw, their ratings are from scaling to post RE4 characters which is obviously wrong as those are not the ones they've canonically fought or overpowered, at least Tyrants do have a few uncalced (ie: Darkside Chronicles Mr X bending a several inches thick steel plate, Super Tyrant Form pushing a stationary train wagon at high speeds, or scaling from OG RE2 G1 birking ripping metal pipes) but zombies definitely do not.

yea, Chris in Village at least is very stacked in equipment and even has that high Tier 8 to low Tier 7 bomb in his arsenal. We are probably gonna get the same feeling with Leon because compared to Grace, Leon is just walking down everything in his path as well

The UTS for the spinal region’s tendons are on average lesser than those in the arm/forearm/flexor-extensor regions. I think the cleanest way to do this calculation would be to assume the Ogroman is humanoid thus the calculation would follow the same steps as ripping off a human arm, it would simply be larger in this case.
