So Leon and Chris durability are at most 8-C, so say if they put against a 9-A chars, how that thing will go?

one day we have to revise the statistics of the verse since that feels nonsense.
Also Leon's 9-A+ is like near baseline 8-C, and their 8-C is near the 9-A+ Rating they are occupying in.

OKay but Leon is pretty much an icon, and said icon missing his major game appearance since 6, meanwhile Chris appeared in 7 to 8 and the gap between after 6 to 9 is very big so yeah, my point still stand, as for Claire well, even Rebecca didn't have any major game appearance too so..As if Claire wasn’t also in Raccoon City

All I’m saying is they could’ve easily picked Claire to represent the survivors of Raccoon City, Leon is the only one who ever got that role (and it’s frankly getting tiring). Claire’s NGO could’ve been contacted to investigate the situation, especially when there are human lives on the line. I don't know how they would get involved fully when the FBI is involved, its a US Government related case which fits Leon more than Claire.
The only person who can even match Leon in "Deservingness" based on the plot is Sherry, and she has all the perks Leon has by being a Survivor while also being related to the Government

Officially Chris has been in the 2 most recent RE games and Leon alongside everyone else hasn't had much to do otherwise

Also this isn't true? How in the world did you get Leon above Chad Thundercock? If you exclude remakes, he has more, if you include remakes, he STILL has more because of RE1make. The only way Leon has more is if you ignore remakes and side games for Chris, but count remakes and sidegames for Leon.

The numbers were right, simply not adapted to a certain context, you read what you wanted to read. I don’t need agreement, there are literal facts that you can’t deny, Leon has made quadruple the amount of appearances of some other characters that are worthy of another game.
