Reptile vs Flygon

Emperor Shao Kahn seeks to add the pokemon world to his own. The elder gods inform Arceus that the only way to stop his advance is to select 10 warriors to defend the pokemon world. For the 1st round Shao Kahn sends his trusted assassin Reptile. Arceus sends the strongest Flygon he can find to fight the 1st of Shao Kahn's forces.

The years haven't been kind to this guy at all.

I'm going with Reptile, he is far stronger, can turn invisible, and can dodge all of his attacks.

Siding with Flygon. while Reptile can turn invisible, that won't stop him from being hurt by sandstorms, and Flygon has a bunch of moves that can induce status ailments or decrease certain stats like accuracy and speed (Mud-slap, Supersonic, Bulldoze, Sand Tomb). And it can buff it's own attack power and speed with Dragon Dance.

Plus Flygon can fly and keep at a distance while using Dragon Breath and such. Pretty sure Reptile is not really built for ranged combat.
