Diego can surely deal with invisibility, the others are a problem for him.

Iirc Reptile's time slow comes from 1 of 3 sets of styles, and he never uses the power IC.

Then it seems like Diego win condition of scratching and turning him to stone seems more realistic and plausible. Reptile would need to slow time immediately and kill his opponent which from the info above, doesn't seem too in character.
