Renaming of the Spiritual Beings category?

As far as I understand this is a category for spirits, and similar entities.

However, as far as I am aware, the word "spiritual" is a philosophical term, that means something else entirely:

Hence, I wonder if anybody else thinks that it would be a good idea to rename it, in order to avoid confusion, and if so, to what title?

Well, looking at the profiles in the category, I see Nasuverse servants, the Bleach cast, Yugioh Cards, some deities, some characters from Touhou.

Generally what I'm gathering is that all of these beings are either deceased and exist in a spiritual realm / afterlife, or have always existed in such places. Like the Nasuverse servants which are all... Well, disembodied spirits who take physical form, or the Yu-Gi-Oh monsters which are spirits summoned in the games.

I could not come up with a very good description of what a "spirit" is, and simply wrote:

"Souls, and other incorporeal or immaterial mystical beings."
