the funny thing is Dante has the ability to beat Reinhard via jackpot and rein has CIS issues via CQC so he won't spear in the instant Dante has shown that if the opponent is hard he won't screw as much while rein well feels he is too strong but he won't let his guard down as easily just he won't finish Dante off with GG spear idk the vote yet cause it can go either rein launches the spear first or Dante pulls time stop before rein does something major like NF and jackpots

About the Time Stop: Schreiber lolnoped it in his figjt against EFF Ren.

Rein is MUCH more resistant to temppral attacks by sheer soul superiority (185,731 < Millions or Billions), also he can blitz via NF.

His CIS will give him a hard time, but he didn't hold back agsinst Ren and Kei, even them being inferior to him.

first i said he never uses them out of the gate he goes for CQC and Dante can attack the soul too so he can damage rein and Dante CAN seal rein via jackpot before rein could do anything major if Dante realizes rein can't be killed by normal means but you have to know rein takes his **** personally mostly

i honestly don't know in DMC 1 and 3 though its different first in DMC 1 he got back to full power in base thx to trish and just shot it out then DMC 3 vergil and dante just did it so i guess they charge like maybe 1-2 seconds or none at all (DMC 1 you just use the gun button and bam the jackpot happen literally)
