From what I see UI sign gets stronger/faster as the fights goes on at a pretty good rate. Also a huge aura and a barrier which he can use and punch at the same time.
I don't think MUI does all this he's just gets stronger and can fully move without thinking

True but I don't remember it stating Goku was constantly progressing like in UI sign even Goku needed a rage boost to overpower Jiren in MUI. While UI he progressing in tell he hit MUI.

But can she defeat him before Broly reaches 2C level. I mean he was taking quite a hits from 2C Gogeta and if it wasn't for Gogeta immediately transforming to SSB, Broly would have reached 2C

You can keep making those assumptions but it won't change anything unless it actually happens. Push for a CRT or just drop it. Gogeta was barely trying to kill Broly once he went SSB besides Broly could not even touch him.

Gogeta's 2-C level is already questionable. Broly is not going to spontaneously to poof up to 2-C, you're entire line of logic is based upon an assumption and is sort of a NLF. Hell Gogeta was wasting time, simply toying. Hypothetically if this was true, I am not sure if Reimu would give him the time to get to such a level.
