Is there really a difference between pre and post timeskip merlin though, not like she powered up, she just showed some more feats, whatever the case though even if you used post timeskip don't think it would make much difference as she is only possibly island level, and her dc is going to be irrelevant against regulus when a stronger character like reinhard can't hurt him. It ultimately comes down to can merlin attack people who reside in different dimensions? If no well she can't hurt regulus and he proceeds to one shot her by piercing through space and ignoring her durability, or just manipulate some gravel and make them become inevitable shots that also ignore durability.

This has nearly been a month but, just saying this is a stomp, speed equalized against the entire NNT verse regulus probably still stomps, and i am not joking, not only is this dude as a by product of his power in another dimension, he can phase right through things, and can cut through space as his time is stopped there is no resistance to stop him from cutting everything in the trajectory of his hand, then there is the fact he can manipulate physics giving momentuum to blood or gravel and make them become inevitable shots that will continue endlessly unless regulus wants them to stop, as there is no force to stop them, dude is haxed.

With estarossa it would be the same like escanor, regulus would see him as inferior, a bug. Grayloard authority probably won't work, cause he manipulates his own time, stopping it so he doesn't age, plus he is like a metal Mario as the author said, nothing works on him, why is that? It's not quite clear, as arc 5 is untranslated, but seems he resides in another dimension. He is the strongest bishop and none of the other bishops authority can hurt him, which includes Sirius who has death manipulation.

Somehow I don't read that he has stopping his time, so he is kinda like Iihiko with his dimension shenanigans.

His dimension shenanigans are a byproduct of his stopped time, he doesn't age breath, eat, drink etc, and is unrestrained by the laws of physics, hence gravel he touches have no force stopping it so it keeps flying endlessly, waving his hand cuts everything in it's trajectory regardless of durability, he can pass through solid objects, etc, at least that's how I understand it.
