So... A character slits their wrist severing their radial artery and causing fatal bleeding. What level of Regeneration would this be if they could regenerate what should be fatal blood loss on a normal person?

The best thing according to the regen page is High-Low.

Blood loss is fatal for a lot of reasons, the main reasons is the lack of oxygen which causes damage to the tissues and organs, along with some metabolic stress among other stuff, which is what causes death. High-Low would fit because it isn't some kind of extensive damage like the one described in Low-Mid, it's on a smaller scale (which is still lethal) and depending on the speed of the regeneration there is not much need to extensive healing/regeneration imo.

The loss of blood isn't considered unless the things happens cuz of it is specific.

Like his organs are damaged cuz of lack of blood but he then fixs it via regeneration.

Unless it isn't specific here, it shouldn't be more than low or mid-low.
