So, here's the deal. Glow Pikmin? Yeah, they regenerate from straight-up light:



Yeah. Apparently Glow Pikmin can reconstitute themselves from light or even a singular photon. Just straight up High. Light may not have mass, but it is energy with acceleration, making it something physical. But if you want to upgrade it to Low-Godly somehow, do tell me so I can begin Kizaru supremacy.

Lol, best I got is Glow Pikmin being made of a spiritual substance according to Olimar, but I don't think that's how you make a case.

High regeneration also extents to basically having your entire body being converted into pure energy through pure force. And light particles/photons while they don't have mass, they do still have potential energy. So High regeneration seems more likely, though it's a level of it significantly higher than normal.
