By dimension, they mean a different time-space continuum. It's just 2-A.

But isn't that an usage of Brane Cosmology, where an object (Brane) can exist in higher dimensions?Firestorm808 said:

If the beings in the other dimensions are not the next level of infinity (infinitely larger/powerful) than the other, then it doesn't upgrade it to Tier 1.
