In Natan's profile we can see that he have both time travel and time stop along with the scan,

but after watching, we can see how he only opened the portal through the past and entered Belerick and Lunox's timeline, there's no evidence of him stopping time,

why do he get time stop ability from this? Also about the lifting strength, we don't even know his time machine's weight, why does it says above average human?Oh yeah about the Weapon Mastery too, why do he get that ability? He didn't show a single concrete evidence of mastering or learning how to use his weapon.

His profile is pretty weird, also why does his ingame abilities counts in his profile?

Agree for removing time stop and change above average human to average human and I think it's enough to add the word possible for weapon mastery because if you look at the cinematic Natan is quite trained to use his weapon
