This is pretty much just Mewtwo vs Mewtwo. Origins may win because he has Mega Charizard X of comparable strength on his side, but Adventures has a smarter, more versatile Mewtwo.

iirc hasn't Adventures Red taken out far stronger trainers/pokemon with his intelegence and strategy even before he got mewtwo? so I would say that compensates for the difference between Charzard X. Thus, I vote for adventures Red
