I personally think Red and his Pikachu wins but it be best I not take part because I don't want to risk bias getting in the way of my thought process.

Well, if Pikachu is scaled to early Charizard's level in speed, he is mach 4 low end...which is like twice as fast as high end Blanka. He also can put out more than Blanka's durability in electric attacks. He should win if Ash isn't a deadweight.

Ok, well crap. If we don't have Manga Red's Pikachu, and we can't use Video Game Red's Pikachu because "Game Mechanics" would make him Universal by OHKOing your Arceus, than we must close this down immediately. Agreed?
