Reasons Ganondorf may be Multi-Planet Level

-Killed Link in one timeline

-Hyrule Historia states Demise is Planet Level and he didn't have the Triforce of Power

-Took down Cia, who watched over 4 timelines and saw everyone inside and is supposed to be strong enough to protect the Triforce, with only a fraction of his power that was supposed to be imprisoned in a different timeline altogether, while Cia was in a forest no human was even close to knowing about(Also possible minor omniscience feat)

-Casually destroyed the Fused Shadows while injured

-Can get so strong in Hyrule Warriors that he can effortlessly godstomp Legend Mode's Gano

-Wind Waker Link found it easier to kill Bellum, who is Planet Level, despite having a weaker sword and Zelda not being there

None of these prove he's Multi-Planet level, only that he's a strong Planet level character

-That just solidifies his current tier

-He just took down a person who can watch over timelines and this doesn't imply he created one at all
