RE4 Remake: The Rocket Launcher (Special)

So in this gameplay video of RE4 Remake Separate Ways (skip to 14:08) there's a description text for the Rocket Launcher (Special) It gave these descriptions for the weapon.

The Rocket Launcher (Special) is noted to be capable of piercing heavily armed targets, tank armor, pillboxes, and peforate a battleship's thick hull. It is also described as "somewhat overpowered" and is also stated that "there is not a single combat vehicle that can withstand these warheads" implying it can disable "any" combat vehicle.

So, given it mentioned a battleship, the text implies it can destroy even naval vehicles. The strongest battleships we have on our The Real World profiles has their regular (not total destruction) durability at At least High 8-C. So the Rocket Launcher (Special) should be given an At least High 8-C rating because of this statement.

Pretty sure there are already High 8-C upgrades in the works as there are numerous accepted calcs for both remake and og timeline, this should work as support as well though
