So Randy should be Low 7-C instead of 7-C based on the explanations on his profile.

Randy Cunningham technical downgrade

Both Feats for Randy are massively below the 5.8 kiloton range to even qualify for town level and should be changed to Multi City Block+ and Small town respectfully.

I don't think it does, I planned on addressing it after I finished with a few other verses.
