But good grief his LS and speed section is horendous

Honestly, Jack just out skills and can throw him around with his superior lifting strength because Randy's lifting strength is inconsistent as hell. His equipment isn't too dangerous various ninja weapons don't help when the guy your fighting is superior in skill, the balls (bomb, bee, ect) can be dodged along with the fire ball. I'd say his best chance is opening the Nomicon and the moment Jack looks at it which he likely would since what else would he do when this kid randomly opens a book in his face, and BFR him.

You could probably use his feats of using the smoke bomb to escape a room filled with people despite the smoke bomb not covering that big of an area so maybe faster than the eye can see (Subsonic)

yeah thats a good start for his speed (it would probably be better to use the camera tho instead of the actual people since their vision is suppose to be getting obscured)

honestly for his LS tho what about just giving him an "At most" or "possibly" rating?

I was referring to the scene in the lunch room in one episode, the smoke bomb only cause the students at the lunch table but everyone else were outside it's radius didn't see him leave the cloud and he was gone but the camera could work.
