Since it is just the speed, I see no harm in upgrading the move's speed anyways.
We can always change it back depending on NEH's thoughts on this subjects anyways.

Okay, first of all, SJ is not a speed booster only. It also boosts Touka's physical strenght.
Second, Raikiri is indeed faster and stronger than SJ.
Third, if you go back to the previous Rakudai thread, you will see that when MHS+ Raikiri was brought up, i mentioned that i could have totally screwed up and misinterpreted the scene, and maybe SJ wasn't faster than Ittou Shura at all, which, reading the scene again, seems much more likely. But apparently that was completely ignored, huh.
So no, Shippu Jinrai is not MHS, AT ALL.

Stella raised her long, beautiful leg into the air and drove her heel down into the ring. In that moment the ground pitched up with a blasting sound.

Stella stood with the blade through her chest for a moment longer before she shimmered and disappeared like a mirage. She had been nothing more than a bending of light from the Noble Art Flame Veil (Illusion Creation?)
New Weakness for Stella: "As if she had been heard his thoughts, Stella released the Empress Dress. Why? There was only one reason. Because while this ability was good for area control, it did have a downside. As it burned everything around her, it also limited her range of vision. In a close-range battle that was a heavy handicap. Especially if her enemy was moving fast. The flames made it impossible to follow him."

Yeah, Bahamut Howl was weird. Also KS went back to being Karthaterio instead of Kalsariteo. Different translations, it happens.

She didn't really destroy the ring before, just cracked it. A lot. Dragon Nest just melted what was left, and left some pieces floating in the lava so they had somewhere to fight.
And yes, it was most likely due to Dragon Spirit, though i'm not sure if she could do the same in base. I would have to read Ikki vs Ouma and this fight again to be sure.

Also, Oikage was used in conjuntion with Rasetsu I thought it was with Ittou Shura.

Is it this one? Sorry for not answering that. I was busy with exams at the time, IIRC. If you were asking if we should raise Ikki's durability against magical attacks, the answer is yes.AidenBrooks999 said:
Stella was much stronger than before when that happened, but she didn't have time to charge KS properly and Ikki was still KO'd for a few seconds, so if you want to change it now, i think "at least City Block level, likely Multi City-Block level" should be fine as a placeholder until Dragon's Nest is calculated.
