So here's another speedster trope, Speed Blitz vs Giga Genius as seen in Flash's villains, the Thinker and Gorilla Grodd. Let's see how well this goes though I have a sinking feeling Eddie's gonna win this one.

Contessa typed away the documentation papers, having foreseen everything she needed for this one. They were meant for analysis of some of the fights the denizens of this realm went through, in case there were any particularly interesting figures Cauldron could pluck for their purposes. Her employees opted to do the watching of the clips which the suited woman agreed to for when someone decides to ask about the sources of those documents. Currently they were observing a tournament catalogue featuring Connor's fight with Eddie Morra alongside some visitors and denizens.

"I must say, precognition is quite an interesting ability to watch. This has been exceptionally educational" Tenya said, taking notes alongside the Cauldron employees. Realizing what he had said, he turned his attention to Contessa, having heard of the stories some of the denizens have said about her. "Excuse me for asking, but are you capable of replicating such feats?" the two said in unison with the suited woman saying her sentences first, earning Ingenium's shock.

"There's a lot more I can do, Ida" she replied, further startling Tenya. Contessa proceeded to take off her left shoe before putting on another one, seemingly indistinguishable from the first. She then extended her leg at seemingly nothing, until a rainbow blurred passed right in front of her and stopped instantly, Rainbow Dash falling out of her run, seemingly in great pain.

"What did you do?!" Tenya asked calmly.
"I poked at her Achilles tendon, would've been a lot harder to do if she were paying attention" Contessa replied, taking a pair of earphones the blue human had been using on her run.

She then proceeded to take off her changed shoe before dropping it, a resounding clang being heard. This was followed by her putting on her previous shoe, already satisfied of this demonstration.

"Anyway, good news Ms. Dash! You're gonna get to experience that again" the suited woman said before helping Rainbow Dash up and pushing on a pressure point, causing her to lose sensation on her injured foot "That should do until the pain subsides".
"Great, sounds fun. Why are you doing this again?" the blue human replied.

"Research, as well as giving you an opportunity to go and avenge your companion and pride".
"You know me too well".

Rainbow Dash quickly snagged the information document on Eddie Morra before dashing through a portal without any consideration

If rainbow Dash has prior knowledge, would she be able to mess up his predictions by doing something purposefully weird? Would she think to do that?

Probably, but Eddie has dealt with people who have tried that.

He routinely goes up against people who fight precog users and he's still alive

right. My main problem is that it has to be incredibly precise to get to kill RD. He wouldn't be able to kill her with one bomb and those bomb would need to be really close to RD to do good amounts of damage to her (further you are from an explosion the less powerful it is). I think if Rainbow Dash is careful enough she can maneuver around the bombs.

I see. The way I see it there are a hell of a lot of variables that could make this go wrong. Ultimately there’s no way for Mora to know how many explosives it’d take to kill RD, and on top of that i think there’s too many variables of how she’d move to fully kill her.

He could probably program bombs to explode at a certain point but again that’s risky because she could go in different areas of the city and waste valuable explosives. Also, if he’s wrong by even a few milliseconds then RD will be not at the epicenter and will be considerably less damaged. Even being a foot away could arguably leave her mostly fine. she can cross the distance in literally .008 seconds and probably find him in less than a minute if she knows the general distance between him and her. Margin for error is so slim and The variables so wide that I don’t think he wins very often.

overall probably difficult for RD but her overwhelming speed and absurd durability is probably gonna be enough.
