Raiden Shogun Speed and Tier Upgrades.

Because we’ve been having fun with Genshin lately, I decided to have a crack at it myself.

In Raiden Shogun’s quest Radiant Sakura, Ei and her puppet have a climactic duel for 500 years in the Plane of consciousness of Ei’s sister, Raiden Makoto. Makoto’s realm of consciousness is surrounded by swirling chaos, which we learn is the result of the battle between the Shogun and her puppet. This can be inferred from the fact that the chaos disappeared after the battle finished. The plot involves you going to Makoto’s realm of consciousness to aid Ei in her fight. When you first enter, you are greeted by a surreal cinematic which I will let the travel log describe. I will paste it here too so it’s easy to access,

You are lost within Raiden Makoto's realm of consciousness. Here, you ebb and flow with time and space itself. The flowering and withering of tree and grass, the vicissitudes of life, all of them are captured in the span of a breath. Yet the battle between Ei and the Shogun rages on. Remembering what Miko said to you, you focus your thoughts... until Ei appears before your eyes once more.

Here is the cutscene itself (The first 45 seconds show the scene).

“You flow with time and space itself. The withering of trees and grass, the vicissitudes of life, all of them are captured in the span of a breadth.”

Vicissitudes is defined as, “A change of circumstances of fortunes.” I am leaving that definition because it’s a strange word so no one has to look it up like I did.

So we go into the realm of consciousness, and the first thing we are greeted with is a world starting quick, then flowing fast. According to the travel log description, it is time, space, and all of fate and circumstances, so literally everything. This is a timeline.

We then are violently pulled out, where we are in a chaotic, surreal place that has multiple things that look like shards that each show different events playing out, mirroring what we just went through. Given that what we experienced was time, space, birth, withering, and all of fate, they should also be universes.

So we see that multiple timelines are inside of a spacetime storm that the Shogun and her Puppet made. There aren’t that many, but by itself, this would still be 2-C since they’re part of the storm which is a side effect of the duel.

Let’s go back over the stuff I already covered.

Time flows forwards and backwards in Raiden Makoto’s Plane of Consciousness. Traveler, Paimon, and both Shoguns moved here freely. The Shoguns fought for five hundred years even without ever stopping.

In the travel log description of this scene we are told that Ei can walk through time. Whether or not her walking from the present into the future is literal, a metaphor for her moving on from a life in stasis, or both, is irrelevant as Ei is capable of moving at the speed she perceives things, and she perceived time going by in fast forward, making this immeasurable.

Edit:
As there was confusion in a comment about this feat, assuming that I was basing this upgrade on the phrase of walking from now into the future, let me reiterate that the main focus of this is the fact that there was genuine time fast forward shown in the scene, confirmed by the travel log, and the description of the Mudra of the Malefic General item states verbatim, “Even now that "she" (The Shogun) has become a calamitous deity, she can still utilize such transcendent gestures, her sword flashing forth as swiftly
as her eyes may see.” meaning that her movements would scale to time travel since she was in the middle of one fast forwarding.

(I am inclined to think it is both literal and metaphorical, as it mentions the two gods passing you by (An act of movement), and in game descriptions are obviously canon. I’ll post the description below so it’s easy to access like I did with the prior one. HOWEVER, LET ME REITERATE, THIS IS NOT THE FOCUS, NOR IMPORTANT.)

Ei plants the seed of light, and your sense of time starts to blur as Inazuma's centuries of history blaze by in point form. The two gods pass you by, the Sacred Sakura blazes from the present into the past, and Ei walks from the "now" into the "future" thus does Eternity enter a new chapter.

So, tl;dr: 2-C and Immeasurable Speed.

That's all flowery language here. Ei walked into "now" to the "future" means ei is no longer obsessed with stillness of eternity and learned to move on with the future.
Please read the entire text of the CRT. I didn’t really care about the interpretation of that part because it was irrelevant to it all as the cutscene that short was clipped from does indeed show time going fast forward, and, as the description of the Mudra of the Malefic General item states, the shogun can act as fast as she sees. Putting 2 and 2 together (Seeing time travel and being able to move as fast as your perception) makes 4 (Being able to move at speeds of time travel). Simple as.

Being able to act as fast as you can see and seeing time travel doesn't mean you can move through time. It's just relative motion. In the cutscene, they just planted the seed and stand there and watch how the tree grew overtime. They are stationary relative to the moving time. Because they are in the realm which is moving through time, they also move along with it. The travel log is written in a poetic way to explained that in text. But cutscenes are more reliable than that as you can see what's exactly happening.
The item description here clearly talking about the hand part of the puppet joints that is used to attack. Each joint has a gesture and this joint can move at the speed of what she can see. So, she can attack really really fast. But in wiki, it's stated Atk speed is different from character's speed.

I cant decide if all of this are flowery language or not, but if you prove that these realms are at least 3-A sized then okay, if not this cant pass, and honestly looking at this, this is just better case of time manipulation/time travel but i cant read entire crt now so ill give actual input later

In the first cutscene, we saw Inazuma with clear visuals reflecting time changing like stuff growing and dying, but also the clouds moving back and forward and the sky’s brightness changing, implying that it is a planet because of an external light source. Seeing as there is only one planet in the Shogun’s memories which has Inazuma on it, this would obviously be Teyvat. The official website calls Teyvat a Universe in both English and Chinese, where it uses the phrase Heaven and Earth, which is an ancient reference to the fact that Gojo solos fiction I mean an idiom for universe. There has also been interstellar travel inside of the planet of Teyvat backing that up. We know that it has to include the entirety of Teyvat because the space, time, and all of the circumstances and fates of the world all happened in the blink of an eye, and those concepts aren’t localized.

Weaver, please read the item description again. The Shogun can act as fact as she sees. She is an exception. This is especially perplexing for me to have to bring up because you tried to use it as a point against me. I also don’t know what to tell you, but… Ei is capable of keeping up with her puppet’s speed, in gameplay, and in lore, as they fought without a break for five hundred years. This wouldn’t just be attack speed since neither of them are stationary objects.

The item description stated that the gesture of this puppet joint symbolize the ability to attack as fast as she can see. It's just attack speed. Another joint has another gesture that symbolize another thing. I don't know what you are trying to say by this "This wouldn’t just be attack speed since neither of them are stationary objects." My point here is for the cutscene of planting the seed and you can see clearly with your very own eyes that they are just standing in the realm while the realm moves forwards through time. They remain stationary relative the realm. Riding a time travel train is not the same as traveling over time by your own. Anyway, I've stated my problems with this. I will leave the rest to the calc gp or knowledgeable staffs

This is just a speed boost from the realm by distorting space-time into chaos, nothing remotely immeasurable speed about that because Raiden can't actually travel like that herself outside the realm of consciousness. As for Ei being able to walk through time, it's rather talking about how Eternity extends time into infinity as if its a concept that governs all of time; nothing mentioning that you can physically walk through time.

As for 2-C, I don't even know where that's coming from.

Could we add a rating like, “Immeasurable in her plane of consciousness” or something? Maybe give her two different keys for when she’s out of it as her puppet, and in it as herself? Some things are mutually exclusive to both of them (Like only one is an inorganic robot and only one has abstract existence), so there is grounds for it.

No, I don't think so. Since the description seems like it applies to everyone who can access the realm of consciousness.

If you remember the boss fight, Ei was the only one who fought her counterpart, and that item is something which was a part of her Shogun’s puppet joint. Paimon and Traveler didn’t do anything meaningful, so I’d be fine with it doing nothing to them then. What in the description implies that it affected anyone though, I don’t see that.

maybe I will convey my opinion about immeasurable speed, I don't think Raiden can get Immeasurable speed from this feat.
to get immeasurable speeds not only proved by the speed of the character which is not tied to time, But the character must also be proven capable of traversing linear time using his speed. as explained here "Being able to casually roam around freely across linear time qualifies for immeasurable speed", This means that a character who has immeasurable speed must be proven to be able to go to the future or the past using his speed. Meanwhile, Raiden never showed this, which would make everything explained automatically be rejected.
Ei: Eternity is a concept intimately connected with time. When you begin to touch on eternity, the concept of time becomes murky.
Yae Miko: At that time, I could sense Ei's whereabouts, but I also sensed anomalies in the flow of time within that space.
Yae Miko: Suffice to say, time added a whole new dimension to our search. Simply establishing a location was not sufficient.

Yae Miko: Fortunately, your will was strong enough that the turbulence carried you to the moment in time most likely to be the intersection of all that you were wishing for.
Yae Miko: The flow of turbulence may well have been influenced by Makoto. But it took everyone's efforts combined to ultimately help Ei. So this time, it looks like thanks are due to you.
Traveler: I saw wonderful things inside that place.
Traveler: Time was moving forward and backward at the same time.
Yae Miko: A place where time is meaningless and cannot be understood with ordinary logic... So, that was the "turbulence" I was sensing.
Yae Miko: Perhaps that is the reason why you were able to return precisely to this point in time without any problems.
but in my opinion here Raiden can get resistance time manipulation. Immortality is related to the concept of time, if one were able to achieve immortality then that concept of time would become blurred and Raiden has achieved immortality.
Yaemiko also said that time adds a new dimension, which causes anomalies and turbulence in time itself. The traveler also said that time there goes forward and backward simultaneously, which means there are 2 linier of time at the same time. and Raiden Ei or Raiden Shogun is not affected by the chaos of time in that dimension.
for 2c I didn't comment
