HF Blade hax and Raiden's speed takes the win.

Yeah...Carol doesn't really have anything to counter the High-Frequency Blade, even with the increased stats from Hatred Install. Dumb question though, does the HF Blade stop Regenerationn?

Well, it can stop regen, yeah. Don't know if it does universally nullify it, but yeah, it helped against Armstrong's regen.

Then this is pretty much gonna go how Raiden vs Wolverine went. Raiden attacks a few vitals and Painwheel regenerates, maybe getting in a few good hits if Raiden lets his guard down, but once they both get pissed off and this turns into Jack the Ripper vs Hatred Install Raiden will win, except instead of Adamantium he'll be cutting through Gae Bolga Parasites.

I know Raiden can easily speedblitz her with the HF Blade but I wanted to make this more interesting.
