Ok, then, what does Kuro do?

Stealths attacks with his silent slep and speed boosters (As much as I think this last one not will be so useful since Kira is faster). He also is a very bloodlusted fighter that will kill his enemy ASAP.

This is... definitely interesting.

But Shakushi unallows this to be added as Kuro blitzes despite Kira being faster with speed unequal.

We could unequal speed? Killer Queen being super fast only really matters within cqc of 1 meter aoe. It'd give Kira ultra good reactions though but he cant exactly move that fast for prolonged moments of time.

But at the same time unless Kuro has ranged attacks then the moment he gets within range of KQ he gets bitzed, to be honest idk. Mismatch maybe? Or is there something im missing?

This is real sad, I really like both characters. I can unequal if you don't think that this will become a stomp.
