Rio Vidal (Death) Is she an Eternity-level entity?

According to the information in the book Agatha all along art of book it is explained that the creation of Death was inspired by the original Marvel comics (mistress Death), does everyone have an opinion that she should be in a dimension/entity on par with the Cosmic being/entity (Eternity)?

I’m pretty sure that’s only referring to the design. Almost every MCU character is inspired by their comic counterpart. The only useful part here is that she is stated to be "a universal constant."
