Quick question about charka in Naruto

My question is that does chakra = AP? I've seen cases in which the Shinobi Alliance were amped by Naruto's chakra and were able to counter attacks from the Juubi while they couldn't before. But then there are cases when Part 1 Naruto was stated to have more chakra than Kakashi but was nowhere near his level. So what's the deal? Does having more chakra = more AP?

It's a combination. Chakra control+lots of chakra.

Some people are special case tho like Ay who have feats to support their high chakra levels

Usually tho just having lots of chakra does not give u high AP

No.
They were amped by chakra cloak.
What about the time that Kaguya was absorbing chakra and Zetsu stated that her strength and speed became greater than before?

Obviously having more chakra will result in having more power which can be tied loosely to more strength and speed.

Tailed Beasts are generally considered to me the entities in the series that have the most chakra and they're powerhouses in the Shinobi world.

But I don't think there's any cohesive way of mapping out how much chakra equals how much strength or speed. Likewise AP is not derived solely from quantity of chakra, but how it is used.
