Quick Deltarune Fix

[Starter_Pack]

This is nothing controversial, trust me. This is just seeming to be a labeling error.

All of the Deltarune profiles scale from a feat performed by Jevil here. However, they all list the feat as Wall level+, which is inaccurate since the power level of this feat comes out to 0.0010 tons of TNT, where the cutoff for adding the + to the statistic is 0.0025 tons of TNT.

If there is a good reason why this is how it is, then this needs to be noted on the profiles. If not, then the pluses have to go.

This revision seems reasonable, IMHO. Removing the + seems fine if they're 2 & a half times too weak to actually reach the threshold for that + to be present, lol.

makes sense to me, should also point out that Jevil should have "can bypass conventional durability via SOUL attacks" at the end of his attack potency just like Susie
