This is going to be a very simple CRT so let's get straight to the point. Mechikabura's regeneration should be upgraded to Low-Godly due to the following reasons:
1. It was stated that Mechikabura could regenerate from any attack by the Time Patrol (Which included Xeno Vegito) and the Demon Gods. This claim was even flat-out confirmed by Chronoa who openly admitted that they couldn't defeat Mechikabura's endless regeneration without the Awakened Keysword, so we know this isn't a hyperbole. Considering the capabilities of these characters and how their attacks can literally annihilate their opponents completely, Mechikabura should be able to regenerate from the complete physical destruction of his body, due to repeated statements implying he could, with Chronoa practically conceding to this fact.
2. Mechikabura at the very least should scale to the Crimson-Masked Saiyan, who is capable of regenerating his whole body from complete physical destruction. The immortalities of Mechikabura and Crimson are very similar when compared to each other, with one of the only differences being that the very source of Mechikabura's regeneration is literally infinitely greater than Crimson's. Crimson's regeneration comes from the finite energy that his body is completely made out of, while Mechikabura's regeneration comes from the infinite spacetime that he absorbed into himself. To add the icing of the cake, Mechikabura's regeneration is even literally described as "endless", further emphasizing its infinite nature, and which should definitely scale above beings of finite regenerative capabilities like Cell, Buu, and of course, Crimson.
Simply put, if Crimson is capable of regenerating from the complete destruction of his entire body with his finite energy that his body is made of, Mechikabura certainly should be able to do the same with his literally infinitely greater power source for regeneration.
