Yhwach should get existence erasure via stealing Yama's bankai.

Gremmy's situation was momentarily discussed in my thread for him against Zeref. It was said that he shouldn't get it based on that because Guenael is his own creation, and he never did it to anyone else similarly to how Zeref erases his own creations (the demons), but doesn't get existence erasure.

At least that's how I remember it.

Well if he can erase his own creation he might as well get that but it would be irrelevant for battles as he didn't erase anyone else.

Zeref simply destroys the book of the demon and the demon dies so it has nothing to do with existence erasure. He should get soul manipulation thou as demons have souls and he created them.

Well, it's Gremmy were talking about. He is CIS incarnate. Just like how he could just imagine Zaraki dead but didn't. He was arrogant about being the strongest. Can't exactly show that off if you just insta-kill your opponent. But it's probably that if he did there wouldn't be a fight to show off Zaraki's shikai.
