Questions about countless infinity

So basically infinite above baseline isn't enough for higher into tier 2 because the energy is unquantifiable, But countless infinity is unquantifiable. Would that warrant a tier jump, or even straight up 5D?

The second question is the difference between baseline 1A and High 1A which is Infinity^Infinity. But shouldn't it be countless infinity^infinity. Since the difference is like 11C and baseline 1A? Yet each dimensional difference is not infinite but countlessly so? Repeating an infinite number of times?

1) I suppose that uncountable 3D energy might qualify as Low 2-C, but am not sure. DontTalkDT should be able to answer.

2) I do not think that Infinity^Infinity is anywhere near enough to quantify the qualitative difference between a 1-A and High 1-A, whether it is countless or otherwise.

High 1-A and 0 in general are only partially about power anyway. While you need to be above 1-As to reach them, you also need to be at the top of the hierarchy in your own verse to reach tier 0'

High 1-As are basically the people who would be tier 0 characters if it wasn't for an extremely minor weakness or because they have someone above them.
